7 REASONS TO HIRE ANNETTE FAZIO
Annette shows you how to bridge the gap between management and staff. She gives you a system on how to build a team that is connected and actually wants to show up and do well; so that management can lower their frustration level and focus on their customers and bottom line.
1. You want someone who is committed to working with you to resolve your most daunting team building issues.
Annette was inspiring, she showed me how to work with my family in our first restaurant and eliminate the confusion you encounter working with family. I learned a better way for role responsibilities and how to treat each other better. She helped us identify and play to our strengths. Once we were in our best suited roles the restaurant became a lot more fun to work in, ran smoother and became a lot more profitable. I used many of the same principles when I started my second restaurant, Fine Folk Pizza in FL and it’s working just as well.
Thank you, Annette.

7. 150 presentation, no two were ever the same. You want a customized, tailored and personalized, program so that you get the results your company is looking for and needs.
In business, the journey is not paved with easy or simple. In spite of having to overcome a series of tragedies in her lifetime, including 3rd degree burns in childhood, house fires, parents dying and homelessness with 2 children under the age of 5, she still uses humor as her best coping mechanism. Without the advantage of industry experience, and no credentials, no management training and no money- she figured it out, worked it out and with the support of an amazing staff, hustled her way to success.
“It truly is wonderful when a speaker gets even one of their audiences to really listen and then seek to act on something. There is no doubt that you achieved just that. Hearing you again, I was as impressed as I was the first time around, last year.”
Graeme Morrison,
Franchise Managing Director, Debonair Pizza, S. Africa

Doing something you love while serving the people around you might be the simplest form of leadership.
The idea of feeding the heart of a Brooklyn firehouse after tragedy, for me, was an ordinary thought. But when the
word spread of my intention, the outpouring of help from the townspeople and local businesses was profound and heartwarming. The “extra-ordinary” efforts that came from the local, small Maine towns continued for months.
The stories are heartwarming, will make you smile, and, in some cases, possibly bring a tear to your eye. The recount of events and the recipes that were served will not only feed your heart but restore your faith in mankind.
